The more experience and responsibility a role needs, the smaller the pool and the more direct approach the search takes. The salary is the best indicator of that effort.
Will candidates know my company is hiring?
Yes. We post from your own Indeed account, under your name: good candidates want to know who they're applying to.
What if no one is found in 90 days?
We tell you before, not after. If the market doesn't answer the conditions offered, we suggest adjustments during the mandate. The terms are in our conditions of service.
When does the work start?
After the qualification meeting, the agreement and the first payment. No work starts before the first payment.
